The game includes 44 jumbo (21cm x 30cm) exercise cards with 2 each of 22 exercises, 1 double-sided instruction card, and one 2cm dice.
Gameplay is much like your basic card memory game, the only catch is that if you guess wrong and don’t make a match, you (or your team) have to do one of the exercises. If you do make a match, your opponent has to do the exercise. The dice is used to determine the number of repetitions.
