The set is made of lightweight Fiberglass and Resin material. The King weighs 2.7kgs. Beautiful, handcrafted chess set would be a perfect addition to a backyard, resort or corporate setting.
This Resin Chess Set with a 60cm King is very popular for outdoor use. Even if kept permanently outdoors, in yard or garden, because they are resin they can withstand any weather.
For limited spaces, this elegant resin chess set captures the feel of an oversized chess set. When planning a playing area, consider the minimum size of the square of a chessboard as the diameter of the base of the king (20cm). The optimum chess board would be 30cm squares, a standard tile size, yielding a chessboard 2.4m on each side.
